I have been a journalist since 2011, have talked with many different people and have asked a lot of questions. In 2017 I started looking for answers that concern myself: What keeps the body healthy? What calms the mind? How do you get people excited about movement? How do you get to know yourself? This was followed by two yoga training courses in Rishikesh and Goa (India), further a training in yoga therapy in Berlin, workshops in somatic practices and two annual training courses in the area of mediation and mindfulness according to Buddhist teachings.
As a child it was climbing trees, running barefooted and creating entire universes in the mind. As a teenager it was volleyball, table tennis and athletics. As an adult, it is the essence of both: My motivation in my own practice and my work with people is curiosity about movement, the body and the internal world, being creative, expressing yourself physically.
My physical practice takes place on yoga mats, in nature, on carpets, in mud, in the ocean … always 360 degrees: For several years now I have been dedicating myself more to playing, acrobatics, floorwork, breathing and improvising and the philosophical aspect of yoga. I have met many people on my journey so far who have supported and inspired me. Here you will find an overview of teachers and colleagues who have been or are by my side in various ways.
