joy & ease
Doing cartwheels, being creative and asking questions curiously: This is not something only reserved for children. We humans are made for movement, for being active. We stay awake and healthy if we continually encourage and challenge our bodies and minds. Playing brings both things together: It's trying out an endless, constant recombining of possibilities. What students say
„Katharinas classes altered my mind about movement and my attitude towards sports! She encourages you to try your personal best without pushing you into competing, which has always left me frustrated in the past! I felt really safe, seen and appreciated! Movement play gets your inner child running and playing again and moving becomes so much more than just 'working out'. The classes challenged my body and mind in the best possible way!”

ABOUT KATHARINA
Curious, interested and aware: these are three qualities that drive me in my movement practice. I want to get to know myself better and the best way to do that is to move and observe. I have played many sports over the years: volleyball, athletics, table tennis. Driven by having fun in a group and getting to know my possibilities while on the move. In my courses I combine this joy of play and movement with yoga philosophy and a meditative practice. I would like share this joy and ease with you in practice and ultimately for everyday life.
