In this Workshop we’ll playfully prepare body and mind to balance on our hands. It’s about building trust, fine-tuning the awareness through the body and softly hugging the fear of falling. I also give you some helpful advices for your practice at home.

This is for all people curious enough to deepen their knowledge around their own body, those who want to learn handstands and those who can already stand for some seconds.

At Flow Motion (Schwedenstraße 14, Berlin-Wedding) we practice in mats as well as a wooden floor.

Book both workshops! You can also book yourself a whole workshop day: Handstands + Movement Play (2 - 5pm). There will be a one hour lunch break in between.
