Handstand Essentials – a beginners course
This course is designed to help you getting used to standing on your hands. See it as your handstand snack: Something light, wholesome and easy to digest. It contains 17 videos with a lot of useful tipps around handstanding.
In this online course I share a lot of tips and insights that can help you in your hand balancing practice. If you ever wanted to learn a handstand properly, with good foundation and structure: This is for you!
The aim in each session is to give you a good understanding of some principles that are important to know when standing upside down and to set up the space for you to get to know your own body better. You can benefit from it as a complete beginner or when already having a bit of a handstand practice.
Each session takes about 20-30 minutes of your day (2-4 times a week). The first session requires a bit more time to get used to the course, the warm-ups and the first session.
My intention here is to keep the technical use of the PDF as simple as possible: All you need to do once you’ve bought the course is: Download it within 24h, open the PDF and start from top to bottom, by simply clicking on the videos in the PDF.
